Get four of your dearest friends, family and loved ones, whether in shape or not and decide on a place you all would like meet one day per week.

That's right! You and your group decide on the location and time. Your residence, apartment gym, church hall, or my personal studio. It's all up to you.

We are going to work at a personal level to help each member of your group reach their individual fitness goals.
